    1. Happy Cookie Day, Susan! I think this is my new favorite holiday.
      I've made and enjoyed a number of these cookies before (the Walnutty Cheesecake bars were a huge hit, even with the nut-leery males in my family), but I'm inspired to try a bunch more.
      I especially like how you've paired them with reading suggestions - and I'm already planning a few cookies-and-a-book gifts for special friends. Thanks so much for these!
